- Does it look natural?
Very natural, your features just look more defined. Your friends never need to know unless you tell them
- How long will it last?
This varies on the individual. The pigments can remain in the skin anywhere between 1 and 5 years. Each skin type is very different and breaks the pigment down at different rates. Exposure to the sun can also fade the colour quicker. Most clients like to freshen their colour every 1-2 years with a top up treatment to reduce the fading process.
- Does it hurt?
Topical anaesthetic is used which greatly reduces any discomfort. Most clients liken it to a sharp scratching sensation, other feel absolutely nothing.
- What will I look like after the procedure?
Immediately after treatment the skin can be mildly red and a little swollen, but this soon reduces. Normal activities can be resumed immediately. The colour of the pigment will seem very dark and defined until the area heals.

- How long will it take to heal?
After the procedure, a light crust will form which is dry to the touch. This will fall off in a few days. During this time the pigmented area will look darker and more defined than you would want. Once the crust flakes off, the colour will lighten 30-40%. You can go out immediately as the crust is only slightly visible.
- Is the treatment safe?
Suzanne is highly trained and very experienced. We use state of the art digital technology which allows safe delivery of pigment into the skin. Safety is our priority, everything we use is sterile and fully disposable. The disposable needle is opened in front of each client.
- How will I know which colour to choose?
We will discuss at length your preferences to help you achieve your desired result. Any colour can be mixed to compliment your natural skin tones, however we always work on the conservative side as you can always add more pigment to define the area at a later date.
